ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION

We get it Mr. President - No law abiding citizen is against Legal Immigration.
                                       No law abiding citizen is for ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION.

Perhaps you should re-read your oath.

Illegal:  prohibited by law; against the law; unlawful; illicit.
Immigration:  An act or instance of immigrating.

There is a legal process for immigration to the United States of America.  It is involved, and designed to help us control the number and quality of people passing our borders.  I don't know of any country, civilized or primitive, that has an open immigration policy.  


The Border Patrol officers on the ground are not to blame for the inefficiency in the war to stop ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION. 


 IT IS THE POLICY OF THE CURRENT DEMOCRAT ADMINISTRATION THROUGH THE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT, THE ATTORNEY GENERAL, AND THE ATTENDANT BUREAU CHIEFS DESIGNED TO IGNORE ENFORCEMENT, THAT CREATES THE PROBLEM.  THEY ARE, IN EFFECT, GUILTY OF AIDING AND ABETTING FELONY IMMIGRATION VIOLATIONS AND SHOULD BE INDICTED.  DURING MOST OF THE BUSH YEARS IT WAS THE DEMOCRAT CONTROLLED HOUSE AND SENATE PANDERING TO ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS.  


This policy has created an atmosphere where state and local law enforcement are pitted against federal officers.  The federal officers are put in the position of having to act against local officers who are doing what the law says to do.  In border states, the local laws are exactly the same as the federal law and should be enforced vigorously by both entities.

Illegal Immigrants coming out of Mexico are not all poor Mexicans.  Democrats please note:  Here are some of the others;

When you allow illegal immigration here is what you get;

A huge population of ignorant, ungrateful welfare parasites who give back nothing.  They fill our prisons, hospitals, jails, and schools.  They drag down the entire country, and using their counterfeit documents they become a willing participants in voting ILLEGALLY for DEMOCRATS who promise to support their continued presence in the United States.

Time Marches On.

I was watching the summer activities of people across the country as I traveled recently.  They were doing what free Americans do.  I wondered as I traveled along, how many were concerned about things in Washington, D. C. or in our war zones.  It appears to me if things take over a few months to settle, many Americans tune out.  They just don't think about the problems anymore.  The sound bite answer is best followed by a sound bite solution.  The idea of a prolonged conflict can no longer be tolerated by the "Reality Show" crowd.  If daddy can't plug the oil well in two days, its time to find someone to blame for the delay.  If natural disasters occur, then someone must be blamed when people aren't taken care of immediately.

We are a people of hype and drama.  I can't abide the national news on any level.  The repetition, rude "talk over" interruptions, and endless speculation about increasing doom are the order of the day.  Even the weather people try and talk tropical depressions up into CAT V hurricanes, and seem disappointed when they fizzle.  Now we find that a sizable segment of the MSM  was engaged in bending the news to guide the outcome of a national election.

And what about Shirley Sherrod?  Can you say racist to the core?  No apologies needed in this case regardless of what media source you subscribe to.  This woman is an embarrassment on any level you can think of.  She should have never been in government service.  However, in the current regime, she is a model of her president - a bigoted racist of the highest order.  The complete tape (which the NAACP owned but failed to provide) shows no hint of change in attitude or behavior and stands as clear evidence of prohibited activity by any government employee.

And what about our Military men and women?  We will never make a workable democracy in Afghanistan or Iraq.  These are stone age tribesmen with a stone age religion of hate and degradation.  They will be fighting with one another until the end of time.  The best we can hope for is to damage them beyond repair and pull out.  In the meantime, we can ban all Muslims and Muslim activity from within our national borders.  A religion designed to kill all who don't believe and submit, is not covered under the freedom of religion protections of the United States Constitution.  No other group bent on the destruction of America would be allowed to continue operations here.  We could certainly use our military's help within our own borders to help bring the increasing dangers of an out of control illegal immigrant population under control, and to smash any intrusion by our not so friendly neighbor Mexico.  We should bring suit against the government of Mexico for failing to provide sufficiently for its own people.  We should also withdraw aid from all Central and South American countries who are controlled by leftist regimes and who show disdain for the big Uncle who has shored them up for all these years.

Some solutions aren't pretty, but if we don't act swiftly and harshly the problems will continue to blossom.

Don't give up on the fight.  It will be long and ugly with this current Oligarchy.  Don't shoot your friends for minor differences.  It will take all right thinking Americans to overcome the damage being done by this illegitimate Coup.

I don't know about you, but I'm beginning to get more than just a little tired of this worthless excuse for a leader. We had a political cartoon in our paper this morning typical of the ill informed voting base we have here.  It portrayed the Arizona governor as hyping the threat of illegal aliens to the rest of the United States.  Let me tell you this, Arizona isn't the only sieve along the border.  We are well aware of the influx of peoples of all nationalities through our portion of the border.  I have seen middle eastern males, Asians,  and all manner of people from Central and South America coming through this gateway.  Let me give you some facts:  Some of these people are coming here to find work.  Many others are running from the law enforcement authorities in their own country of origin.  Mexico has no middle class, and their leaders don't give a rip about anyone who doesn't have lots of money.  The more of this class leaving their country, the better for them.  And lastly, those who would do us harm (terrorists) have easy access through this porous
frontier.

Lie:  We need their cheap labor.  Fact: Their presence here comes with a price tag far greater than any savings we might see in their hourly pay scale.  They bring their families over with them and we must clothe, feed, educate, and provide medical care for them.  They send a good portion of their earnings to family members outside the country because they can subsist on hand outs here.  They also pay not one red cent in taxes, so their hourly income is increased at least one third over legal residents, and U. S. citizens.  Some carry diseases we have eradicated for the most part in our country.  Some are violent criminals and, will in all likelihood, come into contact with our law enforcement officers and prison systems.  This further strains our already bulging legal system.  We must stem the ever increasing tide, and we must do it in a harsh and impressive manner real soon.

I think all border States should ban together and do their own enforcement.  I am not pleased that Texas has not taken on the Federal Government as Arizona has.  We are given half truths (The same kind Eve received from the serpent in the Garden of Eden) by those who would put their own political interests above the best interest of our free nation.  The following cartoon illustrates this admirably:

Can you believe we can't muster enough brave men to put a stop to this kind of double speak and lying?  We are waiting for those in elected office to step up and say enough is enough.  It's not enough for Republicans to act alone.  These are matters of National Security.  Members of both houses must ban together to stop this radical move to take over our national interests.  We must block the nomination of judges to the Supreme Court who have no judicial experience.  The people should nominate judges who have demonstrated their love for this great country, and jurists who will act in accordance with the rule of law outlined in our U. S. Constitution.

Thank you Arizona for taking a stand.  I say it is time for all the States in this United States to stand united under the sovereignty granted by the 10th Amendment to the U. S. Constitution:  Amendment 10; The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, or prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people. We can stop this runaway president and his lackeys  and minions by taking action ourselves.

Now that last cartoon seems absurd to those of us who are accustomed to rule of law, but if you listen to the Democrat agenda, it is their hope to use amnesty to create an immense voter base of uneducated and un-American voters.  They have no intention of enforcing the immigration laws of this nation. Why are no law-makers, prosecutors, or judges calling them on this and filing on them for dereliction of duty?

 She actually lumps documented and undocumented workers in the same category.  While I'm for being fair to all legal workers, I have the crazy idea in my head that undocumented workers should be arrested immediately and returned to Mexico or where ever else they might be from.  Call me radical, but that's my old law enforcement training coming out.  To know a felony is being committed and refusing to act or at least make it know is known as misprision of a felony.  Webster defines misprision of felony (or treason) as:
"the offense of concealing knowledge of a felony (or treason) by one who has not participated or assisted in it."  This woman is guilty after the first report she receives from an undocumented worker.  So are the officials in the various states who refuse to enforce their own immigration laws.  So are the Democrat politicians including this administration who refuse to secure the border until constituents  vote for sweeping Immigration reform designed to grant amnesty to millions of illegals (This is blackmail and I am reporting it).  Their intention is clear:  New Democrat Voters.  This action is illegal.  I suppose the president is hoping for amnesty to legitimize his immigrant standing.  All of them are guilty.

When will this president step up to the plate?

Historically legal immigrants coming to this country appreciated the freedom they received. They gave up their citizenship in another country and embraced the lifestyle and love of the United States so common among citizens here.  Now we are being invaded by worthless dolts who want nothing more than a free ride and none of the responsibilities associated with being an American citizen.  I think this attitude is particularly true of the illegal Mexican immigrants.  Their President, who presides over the worthless and corrupt Mexican government, [incapable of taking care of it's own people (except for the super wealthy)] came to the United States and lectured us on handling the millions of illegal Mexicans who flood across our border daily.  Instead of throwing the bum out and banning him from future visits, our worthless excuse for a president kissed his butt and left the American people to fend for themselves.  I say thank you to Arizona and Missouri for your respective stances against this horde of worthless trash.  I say treat those who violate our immigration laws harshly, and charge the Mexican government a high penalty for their handling and return.  A friend of mine from Canada who became a citizen two years ago says the only person in the group being granted U. S. citizenship with him who refused to pledge allegiance to the United States was a Mexican woman.  He pointed this up to the authorities, but they granted her citizenship anyway.  If I had been the judge she would have been on the first flight back to Mexico in deportation status.  We need to stop this foolishness immediately.  Fire judges who will not do their jobs, and prosecute politicians like those in California who refuse to enforce their own State laws on immigration.  We also need to research the immigration status of our own president before anything else is done.  

And here we are with a new kind of  (ILLEGAL) immigrant who wants the same rights and privileges. Only they want to achieve it by playing with a different set of rules, one that includes the entitlement card and a guarantee of being faithful to their mother country. I'm sorry, that's not what being an American is all about. I believe that the immigrants who landed on Ellis Island in the early 1900's deserve better than that for all the toil, hard work

and sacrifice in raising future generations to create a land that has become a beacon for those legally searching for a better life. I think they would be appalled that they are being used as an example by those waving foreign country flags.

What are the issues?

Today the term "racism" is used by a wide variety of people to divert attention from their bad behavior by labeling those who challenge them.

Racism n. 1. a doctrine or teaching without scientific support that claims to find racial differences in character, intelligence, etc. that asserts the superiority or one race over another or others, and that seeks to maintain the supposed purity of a race or races.  Webster's New World College Dictionary

It is my opinion that there is very little racism present in the functioning population of the United States.  I think it exists in undereducated segments who are agitated by community organizers who make their living by keeping them upset.  The government is a major functionary in keeping people focused on their ethnic and racial differences through a system of inequitable classifications.  Every government form forces citizens (and others) to make a selection from a variety of categories.  Many of us are mixtures of two or more of the categories.  White - many races and ethnic groups are white in physical appearance.  However, the government chooses to further separate the classification into language groups.  Other choices involve separation by surname and physical appearance - Asian-American, African-American, and Native American.    These classifications are all over the map.  Why are they necessary?  Aren't we all Americans?  If we are here legally we are.

All countries have strict immigration laws to control their population numbers.  The only people Arizona is targeting are those who enter the United States "ILLEGALLY" through its border with Mexico.  These illegal aliens are not all of Mexican origin.  Not all are here to obtain work.  The thing they all have in common is they are here "ILLEGALLY".  That makes them criminals my friends.  You are not "racist" if you want to keep criminals out of this country.

I live in an area where a large portion of the population have Spanish surnames.  Most are here legally and they don't want illegals to have a free reign here anymore than the rest of us do.  They understand the strain illegals place on the population.  The only ones who raise a cry of "racism" are those who derive their livelihood from keeping the undereducated illegals and welfare dependent dolts stirred up.  Don't fall for the ploy.  Highlighting criminal behavior and unacceptable social behavior is not racism.  It is being a good citizen and a protector of the beliefs and behaviors that define our free republic.

There is a danger in starting a blog entry with a quote like this.  I can hear some snickers out there from those who aren't in agreement with some of my philosophy, but I intend the quote to describe my frustration with presenting logical arguments to some who are not interested in logic.


I have listened and read these last few days as various groups have protested over Arizona's new immigration law.  There is no logic being presented in these protests.  There is instead a lot of hypothetical emotional rhetoric being vomited up by those who want these people, who have entered our country illegally, to become a part of a growing undereducated voting base.


Arguments related to who "owned" the land the United States now occupies are absurd.  Can you tell me of one country where undocumented outsiders can just march in and start working and raising families?  I must carry my passport into Mexico every time I go across to have dinner or make a minor purchase.  If I am asked by Mexican officials to show this, I am legally bound to do so or face some serious consequences.  I am asked to present the document upon my return to the United States by the U. S. Customs officials on this side.  Mexico has been occupied by numerous countries during its history.  You certainly can't tell by looking at skin color who is from Mexico.  Many U. S. citizens and legal immigrants in my part of the country can't speak English, so this is not a good criteria to use.  Proper legal documentation is the only way to determine who is here legally and who is not.  


We enact laws to maintain order.  Law abiding citizens usually don't need the statutes to live in relative peace with one another, and they are often the ones most effected by the restrictions.  However, for those who ignore the statutes there are penalties attached to temporarily keep them from running roughshod over those who do.  There is always inconvenience involved for both groups.  But, in order to maintain order, the laws must be enforced.  No person, or group of persons can be exempted or excused.  


When people refuse to obey the law voluntarily, then more stringent methods are usually employed to ensure order.  When this happens, freedoms are lost.  Our nation exists because our founders and the majority of the populace at the time felt a moral and spiritual obligation to do the right thing without having a plethora of laws and penalties to guide their behavior.  This type of internal moral guide is essential to the continued existence of our representative republic.  We have lost our system of checks and balances, and therefore our representation, because most of the people who have been elected of late lack a guiding moral compass.  


Ignoring uncontrolled illegal immigration through undocumented entry, or illegal overstays, has seriously affected the moral base on which our way of life is built.  Many different nations use Mexico as an entry point because their government is so corrupt and ineffective.   While some pose an unbelievable financial drain that cannot be sustained, others, like the Muslims, pose a serious threat through violent overthrow.  We had better take this threat very seriously.  I applaud the efforts being made and considered by the various sovereign states to take immediate action to bring the situation under control.  


There will be instances where people are mistakenly detained and where citizens are inconvenienced, but these will pale in significance when compared to what will happen to our freedoms if we don't take action now.  Our federal government is being run by a rogue administration whose main purpose is to reduce us to third world standards by any means possible.  They jump at every opportunity to create and maintain civil unrest in order to support their contention that we are in need of an all controlling "Nanny State".  We need to send strong leaders to Washington, D.C.  who will fight with every breath to reverse this terrible travesty of justice.

ILLEGAL Aliens

What is it about illegal aliens our president doesn't get?

You don't have to like the law, but it is the law.  Those who enter our country without going through the established legal channels are CRIMINALS.  Many talk about the rights of those who come here illegally.
They do have rights related to their treatment after capture.  They have no rights to anything else here in our country.

I live in one of the most porous areas of our nation here in south Texas.  There are tens of thousands of illegal aliens here.  We feed them, hire them, clothe them, treat them medically, educate them, and jail them when they break other laws.  None of them contribute one red cent to the U. S. Treasury.  Their earnings (cash) are not subject to withholding. so they make more per hour than those who are here legally.

They are not cleared medically upon entry, so they bring in all sorts of dangerous diseases.  Most of those from Mexico are easily recognized by dress, physical size and appearance, and behavior.  But, not all those entering this country are from the "Latin Nations",  many are Asian, Middle Eastern, and other ethnicities  who are blocked because of their danger to the U. S.

Those who are either here from Mexico legally, or who are American citizens who were born here and have Hispanic surnames, are not in favor of giving amnesty to those who have circumvented the system.  So, it is not a racial issue, but a legal issue.  People who live here know how much of a drain these illegal aliens place on our local, state, and national economies.

Our president is clueless on most issues, and his comments and position on the illegal immigration problem is further evidence of why he should be removed from office.

Everyone must provide proof of citizenship on a regular basis.  Local law enforcement should have a legal policy in place to handle those who are obviously here illegally.

We must expel those people who are here illegally, and we must make a greater effort to seal our borders to uncontrolled entry.  No country can survive unrestrained illegal immigration.
